From ideation to execution, served as the agency lead for integrated campaigns, creative, narrative, and brand. Led detailed audience research efforts that drove compelling campaigns, marketing strategies, and websites, and distilled complex narratives into impactful stories that increased conversions for cause-based organizations. Managed and mentored a team of high-performing full-time and freelance writers and designers, and provided C-Suite support and coaching as the agency grew 2x staff and 3x revenue. Improved partnerships, implemented process improvements and identified efficiencies with Client Success, Project Management, and Paid Media teams.

  • Led creative, content, and brand strategy for the largest agency clients, from stakeholder interviews and data collection to translating complex concepts into final deliverables that were accessible and digestible by target audiences

  • Confidently drove campaign projects, including outlining data-informed, audience-focused user and donor journeys, writing concept statements, ad copy, emails, landing pages, websites, social media, annual reports, and paid media optimized for conversion to bring brands to life

    • Used Instagram to target GenZ students for GCY gap year program: 108% in target leads, -34% decrease in ad spend, -68% decrease in acquisition costs for target leads

    • Used remarketing to follow dog lovers in select cities for AKC: 17M impressions, 44K landing page visits, 2.9% clicks to the AKC website

    • Revamped peer to peer email strategy for Tap Cancer Out: 87% increase in donations YoY, 12.12x ROI

  • Leveraged emerging AI, data, and SEO to write and edit for web, social, print, and video

  • Led the agency’s Annual Impact Report, collected data across clients and connecting metrics to heartfelt stories of change

    • As a small agency, on average, reached +1.5B, engaged +8.8M, raised +$12M in donations

  • Won 80+ awards for creative and branding work, including Shorty Impact, Anthem, and Tellys
